Tbf Zidane is obviously a cautious manager, and there was some instruction about sitting deep etc. But, with those kind of players the main thing is to motivate them and the mentality. Its insane how successful that team is despite never really looking that inspiring. Its not a coincidence though.

If anyone gives that poor bloke the cold shoulder they are pathetic. You have to feel sorry for the bloke, and understand everyone makes mistakes. this isn't someone making an error against swansea, in those kind of situations you can understand why players would get some slack. I think their strategy has been the same for years: buy the best players in the world for as much money as it costs, try to keep them all happy, and let them do their thing on the pitch.
