Sorry if already asked but has there been any hint of when Spurs will announce our ticket prices etc?

Reserved flights from Dublin to Santiago De Compostela on Friday and back on Sunday. Have until tomorrow to pay the €220.

Figure I can use overnight trains to Madrid and back to avoid paying for accommodation, but still working that out.

Can also pop in to the cathedral at Santiago and pray for a win.

Edit: Overnight coach looks a good bet for a bed.

I'm sure BA will get some jumbo jets ready for this one. I would be patient now and wait for prices to come down. Unless you book a holiday nearby then you'll probably get a good package deal that fits around the date of the final.

Spanish trains look pretty efficient e.g on 1st June Valencia to Madrid arrives at 1703 4hrs before kick off about 350 km for £28 which is really handy if you happen to be in Valencia on that day. :)

I think that's less likely than normal. Since all the Boeng 737s are grounded loads of the spare planes that'd normally be used for stuff like this have been chartered by airlines to replace them

Eh? That's probably gonna take you just as long as driving from London isnt it?

EDIT: Just had a look out of interest, according to google driving from Turin is only like 3 hours less drive than driving from London, so by the time you've done the whole trip to the airport, checked in, had the flight, got your bags, picked up the hire car etc. etc. it will've almost certainly been quicker to juts drive from London.
Stanstead 6.45am flight. In Madrid via turin by 2. Slot quicker than driving 18 plus hours

Just a heads up that I read elsewhere that you need a reservation on any long distance trains. A ticket isn't enough and you'll get kicked off unless you have a seat reserved.

Ill be in the 385 bracket IF everyone above me in loyalty points takes from cheapest upwards - hmmmmmmmmmm

They best be offering BJs too at HT

Might be a surprise on the loyalty points , season ticket renewals are due this week , not sure about others but sure to be many like myself who don't have unlimited funds even for the game of a lifetime.

Me to! Moved to Madrid in October and Tottenham come follow me. Amazing. I'm quite literally two stops on the metro. It's just amazing!

how big is your place? enough to home spurs community?

None of our issues is being helped, of course, by how slow the club are being in announcing ticket details. Liverpool has done so by afternoon on Wednesday.

Yep. No news at all yet. Theyre probably working out how to make it as convoluted as possible.

What a nightmare this has been, ended up booking the following:

Stansted - Toulouse - Madrid on the Friday - £135 (spend the whole day in Toulouse)
Holiday Inn Express on the outskirts of Madrid (20mins from airport) - £350pp for 4 of us but had to book 4 nights minimum (I'm staying 3)
Madrid - Faro - Luton on the Monday - £240
Total - £725

My mates booked the outbound flights and hotel straight after the game Wednesday night, where I was so battered/elated in Dam I said book me whatever and I'll sort when I'm back. Bit of a ball ache as meant my hands were tied slightly with options coming home but oh well.

Now just match ticket & spending money to sort. Done my bollocks in Amsterdam, so Mrs isn't too happy atm but I can spend the rest of the summer making it up to her haha.

Once in a lifetime...that's all I keep telling myself when thinking about the money/absolute mission getting there and back. Will all be worth it when we're lifting that trophy though :).

Be careful With the Thomas Cook trip. Worth calling them and asking if they’ve chartered the aircraft first. They were doing the same trips for Madrid last year, advertising it like this one, but they hadn’t chartered the aircraft and were only going to after a certain amount of applications.

Doesn't matter, you don't pay until it's confirmed. It's not like they're taking your cash and fleasing you.

It does say "subject to interest" in the not very small print.
It also says even getting an official ticket doesn't guarantee you a seat on the plane. That suggests they have no idea if it'll be over or under subscribed.

I'm nursing a black eye at the moment simply for suggesting we cancel the 2 week holiday to Dubrovnik next Thursday so I could o to the game. Suffice to say who wears the trousers in this marriage.

Make sure you have a backup plan mate as catching that coach will be tight enough as it is and if it goes extra times or pens you've got no chance. 9pm kick off local time and the coach station is an hour away using public transport. It might be 15 minutes in a cab but imagine the traffic will be mental and roads closed.
