On Sky Sports this morning, also a couple of articles. Will dig one out. Plaza Colon for Spurs and Felipe II for Liverpool.

Ah ok mate.

As someone who is going without a ticket, I hope there’s plenty of bars to watch it.

Same here. Plenty bars around, so shouldn't be a problem. It's just that Plaza is surrounded by shops and couple of cafes. I got a mate who knows someone in Madrid and trying to source a 'public' ticket for us....fingers crossed.

Plaza Colon sounds a bit shit to me.

Yep agree. Been there before and I cannot remember a single bar around there, I know as I went around lunch time in the sun and was gasping for a beer! Weird location to set-up a fan area, but then again may be they want to kill the drinking? Plaza Santa Ana was a much nicer compact square with a line of outside bars.

Less than 24-hours before the sales window opens and Spurs still haven't published the stadium map on where we can sit. Liverpool's ticket office do not seem to have such communication issues so I'm using their ticket information and mirroring it to help organize where me and my mates are going to sit :banghead:

to be honest the prices in the bars will be extortionate. I plan to buy a case of beers from an offie and bask in the glory of victory under the sunshine of madrid

Agree, but comes a time when you need cold beers in that Madrid sun! No doubt offie's will double their prices as well

I don't know which direction you went that time. Because there is loads of bars around there if you know what your doing.

Due to the large number of travel applications received for the UEFA Champions League Final, Thomas Cook Sport will be closing applications at 5pm today (Tuesday 14 May).

Not that it effects me but was thinking With the Thomas cook offer what happens if you get a Match ticket but the plane/s are full? They already said they are over subscribing. If that’s how you planned to get to Madrid going to be abit screwed as will cost a fortune now to go by alternative methods.

It would have been so much easier with less demand on UK flights if Barcelona had got through.

Probably ended up in the wrong Plaza lol. I'm sure will be ok. Nice avatar by the way - my favourite band and album
