For years we've had arsenal giving it massive about the invincibles etc. This pisses over that. Champions of Europe await.
The thought of the smug tweets and texts I'll be sending it almost as good as the thought of the win.
One of the toughest games we could have had, but we've overcome the odds before and this team doesn't give up. Switching from nervously shitting myself to excitement at the thought of winning

Porto had a weaker opponent in the final.
We’ve beaten better sides in recent years than what we face next week. Hell, we knocked out City who are a better side, only a few weeks ago!
Personally I couldn’t care two shits about the prospect of winding up other fans, acting smug etc, I just wanna see us win that final to cap the craziest run of any team in the history of the new champions league format!!!

My buddies have been texting about the beers they’re bringing over for our BBQ and beer share - we’ve now got lots of quality beers in the queue! They know how excited I am, and they realize that alcohol will be needed to calm my nerves.

Five days to go and I can’t believe how nervous I am. Saturday is going to be hell, having to wait till the evening for kickoff.
The transfer moratorium isn’t helping either because there’s no ITK to distract me. I’ve even taken to visiting NewsNow just to try and divert me from thinking about the game.
Jean-Paul Sartre once said hell is being trapped in a room forever with your friends.
He was wrong. Hell is Spurs being a Champions League final that doesn’t kick off for another five days.

For those going, any consensus on if we should all wear white. Obviously the oppo will unite in red. Seen enough posts of 'stadium will be 70%' LFC fans etc on twitter and would be good if we could show our strength - doesn't make a big difference for when we go on to win it but just a thought.
Personally think there are going to be a lot more Spurs fans with deep pockets who will be paying through the nose to see Spurs in their first CL final however they can so fully expect it to be 50/50 represented in the ground.

I’m just thankful that my two bosses are on leave this week so I can get away with doing absolutely nothing but worry about Saturday and go through a million and one scenarios in my head where we either win it or snatch defeat defeat from the jaws of victory in the only way we can.

Managed to keep my mind mostly on other things and been telling myself it's a massive achievement that we've even made it which has tempered expectations and the nerves. However, now we are in to the last week I'm starting to think about it every 5 minutes or so and I can feel that nervy sensation coming over me.

I’m in the final stages of moving home, so I’ve got more than enough to distract me. Officially need to be moved by Friday so I won’t really have time to get nervous until the day of the final.
