What the fuck have Napoli been doing for the past few minutes??? Should have been throwing the kitchen sink at it rather than nonchalantly passing it around like they were 6 up.

Well, this loss to Napoli has re-re-re affirmed by belief that Arsenal are not that good against strong teams

22 chances for an Ajax side who in the end would have just needed to convert 1 of them to go through. I know another side as wasteful as that.

But did Ajax spend £100million

Oh, wait, they didn't, but we have still dicked them over by buying their two best players in the last two summer.

If only Dortmund had taken the lead 10-15 minutes sooner I think Napoli would have done it. They'd have been panicked into action with enough time to spare (although they didn't exactly look panicked in the last few mins tbh).

I hope to God that Arsenal get Real Madrid. Nothing would make me happier than our old mate Gareth coming back to haunt those ****s...

Stupid Napoli got just what they deserved - they were a goal up and against 10 men, and yet eased up because they thought they had done enough, even though they had plenty of time. Even when Dortmund scored, Napoli had a few minutes plus injury time, but elected to play keep ball on the half-way line - amazingly, FSW didn't take action to make sure, even at this late stage, to get the message across to them to go hell-for-leather.

It pains me, because I so much wanted the Goons to get put out - and sorry for any Spurs/Napoli hybrid fans, but playing keep-ball against ten men when there was a fair-to-middling chance that you were going to have to score 3 goals, at least, was just stupid IMHO.
