Fully agree but it is a v funny podcast that I shamefully listen to regularly (mainly as they spend most of the time ripping the piss out of their own club)

Gooner affiliations aside, I'm not a fan of Davies, always comes across as an unfunny **** on QI. He's bang on the money here though. They are scum from top to bottom.

The EPL would be a far better place without Chelsea FC
Knock down stamford bridge and build affordable housing on the site.

Sadlly they're knocking it down and putting a flash new stadium on the site, so they'll be around for some time to come :(

It will always be a shithole no matter how much Roman spends on the place.

Davies is spot on, but I'd be careful to label all of Chelsea's fans racists, which he might be doing in that rant.

Rivalry and hyperbole aside, the Kings Rd is hardly a shithole

But yeah. A stain on the landscape, certainly! (y)

More to do with common decency than than any football rivalry.
Its just an expensive shithole lacking soul.

I can honestly say that I don't know a single Chelsea fan who isn't racist or at least heavily prejudiced. Even one of my best mates when I grew up changed his personality completely after he started taking regular trips to SB to go to games and fell in with a really god-awful crowd.

It's shocking really.

Have you ever asked any of them how they were/are able to accept Makelele, Cole, Drogba, Essien, Mikel, Kalou, Remy, Ba, Eto'o, Ramires, Willian, Zouma, Traore and Djilobodji? Because I cannot understand how someone can be a racist and a football fan these days, isn't it a massive conflict of interest if they play for your team? I'd love to ask those pieces of filthy scum train ****s about those players because unless they would openly admit that they don't accept black players as part of the team, then I can't imagine they'd have a whole lot to say.

my guess on that score would be that provided they are winning, they generally couldnt give a toss where they come from or what they look like. If they stop winning then it could get interesting.....

I am guessing they would say something like 'they are not like other blacks' or 'they are one of our own, so they are ok' or something equally stupid.

I don't totally agree with Davies, I like Mourinho I find him pretty damn funny especially his put downs about Wenger.
I agree with him about Ambrovich but I think plenty of fans would want him to buy ENIC out if he showed an interest.

I'd love for the train ****s to say that, just so I could laugh in their faces at such comical hypocrisy! They're probably that brain dead, they probably would take that view.

I find Alan Davies quite amusing on QI although I'll freely admit that this is not a validation of the quality of his comedy as my sense of humour is about as cultivated as the chuckle brothers.
