Rivalry and hyperbole aside, the Kings Rd is hardly a shithole

But yeah. A stain on the landscape, certainly! (y)
Chelsea are not on the King's Road. They're not even in fucking Chelsea in fact!

They are located on the Fulham Road, right next to Fulham Broadway. They are, quite literally, Fulham's second team. They were started as a money making, merc operation and so naturally they are quite happy with where they stand in the football world but they'll always be a small club. And not all of them are fascist ****s but more than a tiny minority are. You can spot them as they walk along up from Battersea and their forehead veins throb with impotent rage as they spy the Asian families, decked out in Chelsea gear walking to the match with them.

Oh and Alan Davies is a filthy gooner bastard as well. Except on QI where he's alright.

Not wrong about Chelsea. Spam are above them in the pecking order for mine.

Well its all a little awkward for me..,. My dad is an Arsenal fan and my best friend a Chelsea fan. He is a properl nice guy though, loves Chelsea but now what they have become or the element of their fan base that obviously gets most of the bad press, so there are always decent folk amongst the rabble.

The feelings of my friend aside, I would love Chelsea to totally flop this season, like properly as I like many here think they are a blight on the football landscape. Mixed feelings on Mourinho, think he is very clever and deflects all the attention away from his players so that they can get on with their job, but recently he has been a little, well, unlikeable.

As for scummy area, well... Aren't we a fine club to talk. I cannot wait for the regeneration project to be finished as WHL is not the prettiest place to visit on a Saturday afternoon.

But as this is a take a pop at Chelsea thread... Would love them to do a Dortmund and flirt heavily with relegation... Heck even go down (thou that won't happen). Though we begrudgingly need them to do well in Europe to keep the English coefficient up.

Yes, cant say that Fulham is exactly a scummy area. A bit boring, not much doing really but leafy and quiet enough. So not sure about that angle tbh.

He's lost the dressing room IMO, seems to have been in sync with the doctor kerfuffle.

I'd like them to do really well in Europe, without actually winning it. See how they struggle with the demands of a league struggle mixed with the CL.

Today Jose Mourinho declared himself to be the best manager Chelscum ever had and that he will turn it around and get into the top 4, he's right. I really hope however that Abramovich doesn't see it that way and sacks him then they enter a spiral of alarming and inexorable decline back into the gutter where they belong.

Give him the Jan window and another £100m or so and his genius will turn it around no problem. No, the £100m and 150K a week wages will have nothing to do with the turnaround. Nothing!

Do we have Chelski lurkers?

@denfuego is a Chelsea ****! (0 messages and disliked Davies' rant)
@PlayerX with 47 messages, disagreed with Davies and also blocked access to his profile which is suspicious, so he would have to convince me before I know he is a Yid.

These are my logical conclusions. :)

I find Alan Davies quite amusing on QI although I'll freely admit that this is not a validation of the quality of his comedy as my sense of humour is about as cultivated as the chuckle brothers.
What are you saying about the Chuckle Brothers? Nothing negative I hope.

Don't worry so much about it, Chris. Dangerous when people start throwing accusations around. Let them lurk if they are. Who really cares anyway?

How can we say that thought? If they won the league say 5 times in a row, would they be small then? I think if we're going to critisize Chelsea it has to be stuff which is credible like Davies did. We don't want to embarrass ourselves do we.

Dangerous you say? Well, I do feel quite safe here in Australia actually, over 12,000 miles away from any militant Chelski fans who might be lurking on here, with a computer science background who could trace my IP address, hack my ISP and get my name and address. I think I'll be okay.
Who really cares anyway?
I don't care I just like to mess with them.
ALL HAIL LORD MOURINHO!!!
And we have another one! (Nice disguise job!)

You know when they start singing "We know what we are, we know what we aaa-are...'

I'm always tempted to sing back at them '..racist scumbags, we know what you are.'

And don't even start me off with that fucking moron Baddiel...!

Nah. They are small. Literally I still more assnal and Spam shirts in most areas of London. Not that you actually see many shirts worn as fashion items in London really. In fact most football shirts I see are Barca or AC Milan shirts worn by people in the newly arrived immigrant populations. Can't fault them for their taste I suppose.

They bought some shiny things these this last 15 years or so and well done to them for that, if one can consider that achievement worth noting, and they get mentioned in the title race etc. Not small as such. Ask most people though and they'd instinctively blurt out Yanited or even Livepool, who have had some fallow years recently, as big clubs. Chelsea...not so much. Not even in London. Maybe Thailand or wherever, sure.

He is a smarmy prick. I knew his brother a while back. Taught me English for my A-levels way back when. Lovely guy.
