I like that Poch has stuck with Llorente instead of listening to all you. He probably thinks this is the best chance for him to get his confidence back and to become a real asset for us.

Long live Poch, long live Llorente!

Gazza
Aurier Toby Verts Davies
Dier
Sissoko Winks
Eriksen
Lamela Llorente
Diamond - with Eriksen and Lamela tracking back and Llorente taking it easy in the centre spot..?

Looks like we're set up not to concede rather than to score a bucketload. Trippier has started the last 3, here's the time for Serge to have one of his better games hopefully.
Interesting observation - so you would concede that Trippier out = strong defensive side?

Giroud is still a good striker, and has a good all-round game. Llorente looks past it.
Well, they’re both good strikers, in truth, the question is how well their relative strengths improve their teams. I think Chelsea got the better of that deal.

Aurier needs to impress tonight. He has a position to make his own up for grabs. He's been here for a while now and needs to learn. No rash decisions. Otherwise we need to look at upgrading in the summer.

Do I want to put myself through the next couple of hours? Not really. I'll do it, but not really.
I said to my dad today I dont know if I can bring myself to watch this. I'll try and not get worked up and if it all goes South I'll just zone out with thousand yard stare and go to my happy place :wideyed:

Id bet when Joe Cole uses a urinal, he pulls his trousers and pants down to his ankles like a toddler.
I can actually remember doing that when my dad took me to the toilet once, a rare occasion, and him saying wtf are you doing lol?
True story.

I was 26.

I just changed a nappy containing a shit that was exactly the same size and shape of Lamela’s forehead. He fucking scores tonight, mark my words

I think we'll be ok. Whenever we have an injury crisis, we all fear for us, yet time and again players always step up to the plate. COYS!

So glad trippier isn’t playing. Now hoping Aurier doesn’t give away a penalty.

We really are between a rock and a hard place with our right backs

Poch said that Llorente was absolutely shattered at the end of the Fulham game, so expect to see Moura on after an hour or so
