Shall we all ignore the Lino flagging Lamela offside when he was clearly onside and through on goal? What’s the point in VAR if you’re not going to use it?

Never expect a win from penalties.

Think we did very well in the end without three of our star players, the fact that they struggled so much against us when we're so depleted says more about them really.

I don't feel too bad personally, just feel bad for the players and fans that made it up there mostly.

Would we have had to have faced City without Kane and Dele then? They said the final was in a month. Really wouldn't fancy us in that without a fully fit team against them anyway to be fair.

We were unlucky that we did nit have kane and Dele to take a couple of penalties. We played extremely well second half, first half we were shit.

Great 2nd half performance. Shite penalties by us.

Really need to strengthen now, next few weeks will be tough.

Can't help but be gutted. Fantastic second half effort though. Paying the price for poor squad depth, not that I expect that to change.

I don't really have sympathy for ourselves because if we were better prepared with quality and fit signings instead of playing 60% fit players we could of won/drew that game in normal time.

We're still in 3 competitions ffs!

We won’t win the league or the CL, and in the FA cup yes we have a chance but against Palace away with our injuries will be tough and even if we go through we will probably lose in the semis as always

Gutted but we've had major injury problems and all we've done is sell someone. We limped past Fulham, and struggled to threaten their goal tonight despite playing well second half.

Chelsea have got Higuain in, we once again are doing much too little to prevent our season falling apart.

Well.. fuck. Proud of the effort given the circumstances. We will fight on. It just makes the day we get our hands on a trophy all the sweeter.

When was the last time one of our keepers went the right way with a penalty, never mind saved one?

Can’t hate on the players, they’re giving absolutely everything under trying and tiring circumstances

Exceptional second half performance. Unfortunately the wind isn't blowing our way atm and its getting more and more challenging.

Hopefully we can regroup and get enough out their for Palace. I really want the FA Cup
