Chelsea woes

I suppose this could go in Spurs Chat as I am trying to work out what state Chelsea will be in when we play them on January 14.

So far I have:

ACN: Drogba, Kalou, Mikel and Essian.
Injured: Terry and Lampard.
Suspended: Carvalho.
Having an extremely dodgy time of it of late: Cech.

Of course they may sign the entire Brazilian first team by January 14, but that aside, I'm almost getting a bit optimistic about our chances there.

Please post any other info you have.

I think both Cole and Carvalho will be back as that is their 4th game after the red card unfortunately.

But they will certainly be there for the taking even with those two back.

was about to say the same as TSH, i think there is a league game and 2 cup games in there that they shall miss

Mmm you could be right, There's only one league game, but the FA Cup 3rd round and the Carling Cup semis between now and then. Ashley Cole only misses one game anyway.

Shevchenko looked better than ever (for Chelsea) against Villa...

I do fancy our chances if they're missing all those players (assuming Lampard and Terry don't return from injury), but there's no way we can expect a result from there no matter what team they put out. Assuming they don't put out their U-18s of course.

Still not a bad team! They are just getting their excuses in early, since they have already fucked up. I remember all their fans bragging that they have two teams that could win the premiership, well now we get to see it.
