I've said it since day one - contrary to the likes of David on this site. He's not a player suited to premier league football. Slow, ponderous - yes he can swagger the ball out of defense (In Italy --please). He has no bite, he has no fight and his positional sense is truly some of the worst I have ever seen at the Lane.
Move on Sir - find a more suitable club.

I personally like him as a defender. ..I would pick him ahead of Kaboul and Vertonghen. These two make so much mistakes its unreal and not a words said.

There is a very classy defender inside Chiriches
I recommend people watch his performance at old trafford...ok its way back but he should be given another chance seeing how poor we've been at the back.
