If he hasn't signed a contract and doesn't want to sign a contract then we may listen to offers. 100 mil is not enough for him tho and I doubt we would sell when we can't bring in a replacement. But he only has two years left on his contract so... I just pray that the itk about him and Alli signing new deals is true.

Cannot see Levy even breaking a sweat over this.
Clubs in Europe will not cherry pick the cash rich PL.
Would be good to see some contract extensions though.

Who knows? It's not inconceivable that the club is starting to get into a bit of financial bother over this build, and it would certainly explain the TW. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if they started selling off our better players to cover the shortfall.

This just cannot happen! We have absolutely no cover for arguably our most important player alongside Kane and we cannot be trusted to replace him in the transfer market. Get that contract renewal sorted, there should be plenty of funds left over from the TW to give him a great offer befitting a genuine world class player.

This isn't nearly as implausible as we've convinced ourselves it is as fans.

He has two years left on his current deal, and given that the club has spent nothing in this window and (according to ITK) all is not rosy behind the scenes between Levy and Poch, there's every reason to believe he won't sign a new contract.

If that's the case, then his value will be seriously diminished by next summer, and Levy won't want to let him leave on the cheap / for free, and so will likely cash in while his stock is high.

A player of Eriksen's calibre should be and could be winning trophies. If he doesn't feel the club's actions match its words, I can't see why he'd stay.

If PSG come in with, let's say, £125M, I think we might be waving bye bye.

Can you imagine the reaction, I think a lot of us would be calling for ENIC to leave.

I agree, but this is Daniel Levy we're talking about.

There's also the possibility, of course, that the player's agent may turn his head based on Tottenham's perceived lack of ambition.

Almost as if spending fuck all in a transfer window is a really silly idea.

We laughed when Barca snatched Coutinho, we're laughing at the prospect of Pogba possibly leaving United, yet here we are now potentially staring down the barrel of a loaded gun...
Levy will accept anything over £100 million, whether Poch likes it or not.

It all comes down to his contract. He will be 27 next year and deserves to be playing for a team challenging for league and European honours. If he hasn't signed yet I'm not sure he will now. He will be advised to wait and see how the season goes before committing long term to anything. Eriksen and Kane are the two players above everyone else we can not loose. But if he won't sign than we don't really have many options.

IF Eriksen, Dele and others have signed contracts now would be a good time to announce them.??

There have been ample good times to announce it. In all likelihood similar to Toby it was(/is/may or may not now be) "agreed" what new contract will look like but has not been signed. If I was advising Eriksen I would be telling him to wait and see unless the payment structure was well and truly above market value and since we are Spurs I doubt it.

We can tell them to do one purely on the basis that we can't get in a replacement. Them bidding while we have the time to get a replacement is one thing, but when we can't do anything? Can't see it happening.

"Sorry Christian, would love to let you leave but we just don't have time to get in a replacement".
