So how do they expect you to get to your seats?

Do you have to crawl on your hands and knees?

Will they airlift you in?

Do they, perchance, have a Stanna fitted to take you to your row of seats?

And what happens if one of the stewards wants you to leave for standing? If you sit back down, he is going to have to ask you to stand up to leave. At which point, you should refuse and say "ah, ah, ah, you can't catch me out like that, I'm not allowed to stand up. Remember?"

WALOB indeed.

Could always arse about.

Fucking hell, I'd love to be at a game with a crowd/atmosphere like that
Welcome to German football.
I was at Mainz vs Schalke on Friday and the two Kopp ends were rocking for the entire 90 and it's a small stadium.

It's orchestrated with one guy at, the front like a conductor and course they have standing zones, so us easier... But, it's head and shoulders above what most slop I have witnessed in the endless I should leagues, with stands full of grumpy bitchy middle aged men bemoaning every single pass, corner or haircut.

There were plenty of Schalke fans in amongst the Mainz lot too and whilst that doesn't work on Derby day (aka vs Frankfurt) it was more like being at a rugby match, where the fans don't you know, f and blind at each other for daring to support the opponents.
