Disgrace to sell him to city

Could be player power. Might back fire on them as he could prone to mistakes in a new team with fancier Gardiola tactics. If they're not overpaying us they'll over pay someone else and we may have replacements already.

Just trying to be positive, but i do hear ye and its just waiting for our season to get off to a bad start because of Wembley and papers will say it's cos of this.

If it's an obscene price, and we replace him and buy others well, then we will be ok. But he's a big part of what we are about

At the end of the day the club is bigger than any player. I have always been a Walker fan but if he wants out and we get the market price then we need to sell quickly, get any replacement and have our squad settled well before the season starts

I maintain, if there is one player from the 1st team that I wouldn't mi d losing it would be KW. The England game just reinforced it for me.

Sadly I agree. I'd sooner keep him, he's the best right back we've had in a long time and really tough to replace, Trippier isn't as good despite some decent games. However if he really wants out we're stuck, get as much as possible and get the best replacement we can early in the transfer window. We'll probably be worse off as a result but let's make the best of a bad situation. Best would be to keep him but maybe that's not an option.

Whatever ho goes to Citeh for it will be for a great deal more than what he is actually worth.

Levy will screw Citeh more than Linda Lovelace ever was.

I can't believe it's just because he was dropped for a few games either, I would think a greedy agent has been telling him it's big chance now to get a massive transfer and wages. Certainly not related to the ambition of the club or it's progression. As good as he's been for us, I wouldn't be surprised if he looked a lot less slick when not instructed by Poch.

The Sky report I read yesterday on their news feed said that Walker isn't unhappy at Spurs despite being disappointed at being dropped for a few games at the end of the season, and isn't trying to get a move. It suggested that it may simply be that Spurs believe they can now do better.

We're all engaged in guesswork over this one.

This is true. There is a high probability that he ends up not fulfilling Pepe's wishes of him, though. Poch has tried to get him to take on the last man for ages now and he still resists it.

If Pepe can get him to do it consistently then hats off to him tbh...won't be easy. Kyle has a mental block there.

Also, he'll be under incredible amounts of pressure there and won't get the leeway he has with us and his brainfarts could eat away at the confidence of the back line and totally destabilise it.

Here's hoping.
