After Ronaldo's fierce row with Florentino Pérez over the transfer of di María and Alonso, the footballing world was then shocked to hear the announcement that Ron had signed for spurs in a late deal.....

Pérez at first refused to believe Ronaldo had signed for spurs, and was probably at the point of banning him from the Bernabeu stadium for life, when in a bizarre twist it turned out that despite spurs precisely needing a world class left sided striker, they had actually signed a barman with exactly the same first name as the world player of the year.
