It didn't seem to be the most insightful article when the story first appeared in the Mail yesterday, with the journalist relying on generalised information from the planning applications as justification for his claims, without any comments from the club itself. My guess would be that they are comparing apples and oranges again, i.e. confusing the stadium costs with those of the entire NP development?
