I really dislike this guy!

Sol Campbell insists he would have ‘no problem’ in dealing with either Harry Kane or Jamie Vardy at his peak.

Kane and Vardy are in excellent form this season, with the former third in the current Premier League goalscoring charts, having struck in each of his last six Spurs games in all competitions.

Vardy has scored in 10 consecutive top-flight games and has 13 goals to his name this season, but, speaking to BT Sport, former Spurs and Arsenal centre-half Campbell insists he would have no problem in marking either.

Asked whether he would rather face Kane or Vardy in the current day, Campbell replied: “Me? Not a problem.

“Not a problem. I think you guys forget how good I was, that’s the problem.”

Okay, I was ready to post a tirade on how much of an egotistical c-flap the guy is but, having watched the clip, I'm gonna refrain on this occasion. Although he clearly means what he's saying, it definitely reads worse in text than in video.

However, he's still a gigantic...

I bet this guy has no friends. He's trying to be something he's not, someone who's well informed and intelligent but in reality he just comes over as a little insecure dimwitted crybaby. Personally I love it now. He's fucking funny.

Harry Kane would run him ragged, when Harewood decided to show a bit of movement Sol Campbell went to the dressing room crying at half time, then went home to listen his Boy George CD's. Vardy would have done him up like a kipper.

Sol at his peak was phenomenal

You're talking about the fish Sole right? If so I agree, he used to swim like there was no tomorrow

Yep. I was watching it when he said it. My response? 'The mans a **** but he's right. He was brilliant' As much as I love Kane and like Vardy, neither would have a prime Judas worrying before a game. He was top, top drawer.

Best centre half England has had since Bobby Moore imo.

Ledley would have taken that mantle had the knee held up.

Granted, he was a bloody good player, nowhere near Ledley's level but one of the best of his time.
However, this doesn't give him licence to be so far up his own arse, he's in danger of disappearing.
He's like Eubank but without the funny, loveable eccentricity.

I last saw Sol come out (fnarr, fnarr) for the recent Beckham charity game, only to come off injured after 5 minutes. I think he'd strained his vagina.
Jeez, he put on some timber and had all the athleticism of a crippled panda.
It was comforting to see!

Hypothetical nonsense from Judas trying to convince people that he's still relevant. He could say the same about any player, the truth is that no one will ever know.

Kane has scored against teams containing what are considered some of the best defenders at the moment. He can only beat what's in front of him - and that isn't Judas.
