In all seriousness @Stedt, they're exams that people who have followed an academic route between the ages of 16 and 18 take at the end of their courses. They're basically university entrance exams.
Why did you explain it? We had him believing that you take them before your B Levels!

I was really asking what they are; idk your education system, sorry! Here we finish school at 18 yo, then you have to choose your University and it depends on which one you choose you'll have to make an entrance exam. But here, to have a degree in anything, you have to study for at less five years; it's quite different in other countries. For example, in America it takes two years to have a degree and here in two years you are, luckily, in your second year, of five, of your studies.

I wanted to make a postgraduate in comparative law at the New York University, but they told me that my degree is the same grade as a Master degree in America, so I couldn't.

Sorry for the off-topic.
