Problem is with the extreme heat from this eternal Summer coupled with the fact that we've had hardly any rainfall in the last 2 years we have to be very careful not to waste any.
It's not like half the country is gonna be fucking underwater in a few months is it?
Apologies for the sarcasm but August is nearly over and its rained virtually every bloody day.
