I remember his good old mum memory she was a nice lady.:D

No way. Are we talking about the same memory who has an older daughter called white? The one that recently married some fella called Bob Hart? The misses works with her and she said she's going to double barrel her name for work purposes. Small world eh?

I see what you did there. She also double barrelled her name with that and was half Taiwanese if memory serves me right. What was her full name again? Oh yeah it's just come to me....Liv Lyf Inda

Odds in these betting markets mean next to fuck all. It takes very little money to move the odds dramatically, and the spread will always be covered by bets taken on other outcomes. The bookmakers are very aware that this is not a sporting contest, and that certain people are going to know what the outcome will be, and they react accordingly. If they have any inkling that a decision has been reached due to bets placed they will just shut the market instantly.

On a related note, I tried to put a fairly sizable bet on with Sky(only three figures) on Poch becoming our manager prior to it happening, and my account was suspended and in the end terminated. So they don't mess about when they are not in control of the outcome.

as an ex betting shop manager, the only time little money really moves the odds are when the price is 16/1 and above, the lower the odds the more money is needed to shorten them even further.

think Rose is 1/3 with sky to stay and to make that go to 1/4 would take a 3k bet

There is absolutely no way he is sold. He loves Pochettino ('Mauricio has been like a father figure to us all'). Pochettino loves him. He's playing in one of the best sides in Europe in a system that is built for a player like him. Sure, wages will be higher elsewhere, but it really seems like Rose is completely happy here.

Harry Lane gets a new contract every year he is not our only important player

your right he isn't our only important player, but he would definitely be a lot harder to replace than anyone else in the squad.

I get your point in general about how much money it takes to affect odds, but surely an event like this that has a fixed outcome must be different? Admittedly from that account all my previous bets were fairly small(£10-£20) but a £700 bet at I think it was 3/1 was enough for them to suspend my account. IIRC at the time of Poch coming in only Sky and Paddy Power were even taking bets on player/manager transfers. Now things may have change somewhat as betting on this type of thing has become more popular? What company did you work for and how long ago was it?

Going by usually small bets, to then jump to £700, means they most probably suspect you have received inside info.

The thing is if you was someone that bet in regular big amounts eventually all they do is reduce the amount you can put on per bet.

have tried to do an accumulator on Skybet
Eriksen 1/8
Rose 8/11
Dele 1/10
Dier 2/5
Kane 1/20

All to stay but i dont think it will let you do an accumulator on it

i reckon is 6/4 them all staying which is value
