Joined one of the best club sides in the country. They're always there or thereabouts when it comes to the All Ireland club championship. Will be interesting to see how he gets on.

As Hax says Cross are without doubt one of the best club sides in the country, I'm looking forward to this. Although according to today's Irish news, he only played in one friendly and had a few training sessions.

I remember Ronaldo et al trying their hand at hurling while on pre-season in Ireland a few year back down at Carlton house.

I can't see Bentley beign very good at gaelic, hes a bit of a pansy, but you never know I guess. Best of luck to him lol.

How random. Victim of his own arrogance unfortunately.

I don't even think it was his arrogance, I just thnk it was more to do with mentality. As soon as he was comfortable for life from his wages, he didn't have the mental desire to get up and push himself as an athlete any more.
