No thanks but we could (probably will) do a lot worse.
Im kinda moving towards the idea of Benitez which I turned my nose up at to start with.

No thanks. He's an honourable man, by all accounts, but not the type of coach we need.

It don't really matter who we have if we ain't going to stick with them and going by recent history I have no reason to believe we will !

No. No. And no again. Common sense tells me this will not happen.

If it does though ENIC might as well scrap the new stadium as they won't fill it.....but then he'd probably be gone by the time it's built so it won't make any difference......

Not only will he be gone but also dead and buried, I imagine his grandson, David Zaha-Moyles, would be dead and buried too after living a long and prosperous life. In fact when they finish building the stadium they probably won't remember why they started building it in the first place.

Forget Pulis.
The simple (and horrible) truth is that the top players wouldn't give him the time of day.
Pulis has a good old Dickensian ring to it. A cross between puke and pule.
I am up at Stoke on Saturday. I am rather cruelly hoping that Mr Adam (from the Adams family) has a horror injury. Sorry God, I will apologise later. But it's the Old Testament in me.

Don't want Moyes for many reasons including the fact that (like AVB) he's a manager 'on the rebound'. Like Benitez did, Moyes needs to go away and think about what went wrong and what he's going to do next time. Benitez may be a realistic target compared to LVG and DBoer. Not that keen on fat waiters but we need somebody experienced who can sorted out internal messes - not a young, promising manager. There's more to sort out than just the first team and the football.

Moyes actually done an OK job considering the knackered old rag-tag bunch of overachievers he inherited. We could do a lot worse that's for sure! He's even got experience in the Prem, which is a lot more than any other manager we've been linked with. Oh my God, what am I saying!!

I would literally take anyone apart from Mr Moyes. In my opinion, i would like to see Micahel Laudrup at the lane, plays the right kind of football, has an eye for a player (michu/bony).

Alternatives, F de Boer, or the legend that is Jurgen Kiinsmann!!! all young, enthusiastic right idea how to play the game and a lot better than Mr Shercrap and Mr Crapbag Moyes

Moyes will not be the next spurs manager.
Am 99% sure.

As I'm not ITK though, it is if course just guessing on my part.

Am sure people would have said the same about Harry before he was appointed, took West Ham down, undistinguished career at Pompey and Saints etc
A) Harry didn't take west ham down. He got them their highest ever PL finish.
B) He got Portsmouth their highest league finish AND won them an FA Cup
C) He struggled to bring big names to spurs.
Who did he get for us?
Defoe, Keane, Crouch, Kranjcar, Palacios, Friedel, Parker, Gallas, Adebeyor (loan), Walker, Naughton, Bassong, Kaboul, Chimbonda, plus some kids no one's seen or heard of since.

I don't understand all the negativity towards Moyes. He was considered good enough for arguably the biggest job in football less than 12 months ago. He's had a tough season, but did anyone really think taking over that squad at that stage was easy?

People talk about Moyes being damaged goods as a result of the United experience. Well what do you think we are? How has our season gone? Spunked our inheritance and then fired the manager who spunked it (or didn't - either way it's embarassing).

Moyes is a proven Premiership manager. Not proven at the top level, granted. But we are nowhere near the top level (take a quick look at the table).

People pass off Martinez's success as if he turned around an ailing club and made it great; giving Moyes no credit for the excellent platform he left behind. Then take the polar opposite approach when laying all of Man United's faults at Moyes' door.

The truth of the matter is that the United squad actually isn't that good. Fergie was able to hold it together by sheer force of will; reputation; and his exceptional qualities as a Manager. Moyes was never going to be able to replicate that.

Sure, Moyes won't bring the sexy foreign accent or the flair of El Next Grande Thing. But he knows how to put results together in the Premiership and get the best out of a squad.

Don't get me wrong - I would love an Ancellotti. But people who are thinking of turning to Benitez have short memories. He is a nightmare. My brother is a Liverpool fan - I remember how it ended for them; the absolute jokes of players they signed; the ridiculous rotations he engaged in; the nonsense; the circus. No thanks. Give me boring old Moyes any day and let's see what a bit of common sense combined with a very talented squad can achieve.

Spurs brothers, we need to excerise some realistic judgement here. Moyes is an efficient manager, maybe not a "world class" manager but neither was Redknapp and look how well we did with him.

We are Tottenham (Super Tottenham), not United/City/Chelsea so we're not going to attract the biggest of managers when head to head with other clubs. If you were LVG, Man U and Spurs are offering you contracts, would you choose us?

If I'm honest I'm kind of on the fence, the shit we're in now as a club is incomprehensible considering our expectations from 2008-2013. We are a well known club in a big big league, unable to offer large quantities of money to players/managers, we'll be restricted for a long time.

For the moment, realism.....unless you want to be stuck with Timmy for next season and hear "We'll give em respect but we'll give it a go" every week.

With a limited budget he made Everton into solid top club (not a top-4 club I know); a club on Spurs' level with less of a budget.
There is a good reason why ManU and Fergie wanted him as their new manager. But then again his ego seem to have gotten in his way when he sacked the whole ManU coaching staff, to make his mark as the boss.
Not saying he's my man for the job, far from it. But then again, there may not be that many options after all who're ready to work under Levy & co.
Redknapp did a better job with THFC than Moyes did with EFC on a very tight budget, apart from the January window in the season he took over we barely net spent throughout his tenure.
