What an absolute gentleman very few players in this day and age will ever gain the respect that all the supporters at our club should have for Michael Dawson.
When he comes back to the lane he should be given a massive standing ovation for every single ounce of blood and sweat he has given for the club.

A great bloke and a fantastic servant for the club. Hope he is a huge fans favourite at Hull just like he was at Tottenham he deserves all the success in the world and will always be welcome back at WHL. Good luck Michael.

Mr. Reliable in the team over the past 9 years. Always played with passion and commitment for Spurs. An unsung hero at times. I am not sure how many transfers Dawson witnessed in his time at WHL. It's a shame that at the time we are realistically improving his Spurs career has come to an end. I wish him well for the future but would not be surprised if he comes back at some stage in an Ambassor role. I think the Club could at least offer him a testimonial at some stage......he does deserve that as he only just fell short of 10 years with us. Good luck mate.

He did captain us in the final rounds of the Champions League. He was at the top for our top.

Had a passion and loyalty to the club that is rarely seen elsewhere, if ever. The epitome of a pro and a genuine 100% player. We may see better players, but we'll never see a more devoted one. Best of luck Michael and thanks for everything.

Very sad he has to go, gave his all every time he played for us, just wish we had more players of his ilk.
I wonder the chances of any of the current squad (Lennon apart) who will make over 9 years with our club, very unlikely I imagine. Football is changing so much.

Well done to the club for not letting him leave with out a word. Would be nice to see him back for a testimonial at the end of the season...

Stalwart. Dependable. Honourable. You knew you'd get a 100% performance from him. He shall be missed and I'd like to thank him for being an integral part of the most successful Spurs side for 20 years. We're both moving on into a brand new world. Good luck Daws.
