He can celebrate how he likes he scored the last minute sodding winner! Couldn't care less who scored or how it went in, all that matters is that it did and we won and now top the group. I would've celebrated the same had it been a Davies own goal.

Just enjoy the fucking moment, seriously.

Yep. Well...unless it was Wilshere.

One of the most satisfying England wins I can remember when it comes to matches that actually matter @yankspurs

I can live with Sturridge being a bit cocky if he's delivering the goods for England. At least he actually has the talent to back it up, unlike Wheelchair.

It's not as if he celebrated on his own either. He was mobbed by the squad and even Gary Neville! Rooney went mental with the camera, I had one or two tears of joy no joke.

They like that free-kick down the side.

There was an opportunity for England today to play that ball in the first half but Rooney didn't see it. Not sure why more don't do it.

For the next game I'd drop Alli for Wilshere or Henderson, push Rooney forwards and then drop Sterling for Vardy or Sturridge.

Lallana did okay in the first half, and I'm not sure if it would work playing Kane, Vardy and Sturridge, so I'd go:

Hart

Walker Cahill Smalling Rose

Dier Wilshere

Lallana Rooney Sturridge

Kane
We won't do that though. Roy will pander to the papers, drop Kane, and we'll watch either Vardy or Sturridge trying to play upfront on their own to little effect.

I agree with the rest, which I cut out.. but yes.

For the line up, I would do it differently but to the same effect. Where you have Lallana, I'd have Vardy. Where you have Rooney, I'd have Alli. Wilshere/Lallana/Henderson - either of those next to Dier. No Rooney.

If people say he's been good, fine, but he shouldn't be there. Further forward, maybe, but I want Alli there :D - but I realise Rooney is captain and that means he won't be dropped, unless they deem it a chance to rotate and rest. We'll see..

Seriously thing we have to go back to the Argentina game in 2002 for a tournament win that was this sweet. And even that was a shit game and a penalty for the win.

Yeah I enjoyed the celebration too. Could only have been better if Sturridge broke into the BBC commentary box and punched Savage in the face while shouting "av it you slaaaag".

Look at the weather. British teams have an unfair advantage now as that's basically summer weather on the British Isles.
