Yep, genuine response. Gutted, just like us.

One thing from that tho, Dele talks about tactics and said at 1-0 we needed to get a 2nd goal. But then said it’s hard to turn it around against a (good) team when it’s 2-1.

Polar opposites there. Why aren’t we delivering that result when we’re one goal up. When Juve and Utd went up against us we didn’t look like scoring but in both matches we were ahead and with or without a 2nd goal should we winning games we go up in.

Just found that Interesting from Dele there. Go a goal up, win the game.

I agree. Later in the game though I guess when those teams went ahead, easier to slow game down and close out than when you lead early.
We havn't been as solid at the back this year either.
Good interview, genuinely hurting.

He seems to be level headed and maturing well for a young man.

I think he really wants to win silverware with us and is not looking to leave in the near future.

But in order for him to stay for the long term, we need more players who want to play for the club and want to win trophies with us instead of just saying they want to leave in order to win trophies.

Sad to see him like this. And he’s speaking the truth

What struck me is how young he looks in that video.

Think about that and how much shit he constantly gets from all quarters. It’s a massive pressure on him yet he never hides. He’s exactly the kind of player we should be building the team around and bending over backwards to keep happy because when he leaves we will be a lot poorer for it.

I feel really sorry for him there.

However frustrating he can be, he does have a very rare knack of getting into some great positions to potentially score. There are very few like him in world football for having this gift, hence why Poch preserves with him week in week out.

Thought he was fantastic early on in the match. When he plays at his top level he really is an unbelievable player and takes us up several notches.

What sort of player do people see him becoming at his peak? I was wondering this while watching the game on Saturday? Will he really be a Lampard or are there other players that more similarly compare?

Nice post and post match interview from him. He has had incredible support from the spurs fans (name sung more than Kane's which has always surprised me). Nice to see how much he wanted to repay (and win for himself too I'm sure).Fans and players are often quite detached these days but there has been a real collective hurting after this defeat.
I just hope so much next year can finally be our year in the fa cup, it will mean so much to everyone.

We need that kind of heart, passion, and desire to achieve success. Fair play to him. I just hope he stays to try and achieve all he wants, with us.

Something I love about Dele is he almost always mentions the fans in his interviews. He really does seem to 'get it'. Top man and player.

I don't think KWP is playing with him. It's Harry, his brother.

Anyway, I don't think I like this though.

I’m not watching the stream now but when I watched it KWP was definitely there. I think Shayon Harrison was there as well.
And why would you not like this? It shows how close the playe are

Yes, his off the ball running into dangerous areas is his main attribute, sadly when this avenue is taken away from him, he doesn’t have good enough other tools in his locker to make much of a contribution. Poch describing him as the best young player in Europe is rather fanciful, Alli needs to develop more all-round offensive skills to have such an accolade bestowed on him.

The highlights of Alli’s Fortnite stream ft Kyle Walker-Peters & Shayon Harrison. Honestly KWP is so funny
