We have reached agreement with Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F for the transfer of Mousa Dembele, subject to international clearance.

Great player who will be fondly remembered! All the best for your future in China, Moussa! Hopefully you can return to the club in some other capacity in the future!

He could have been a world class player if it hadn't been for all his injuries (50 minor injuries over the last 8 seasons)... but then he'd most probably have ended up in one of the richest clubs...

Even when some didn’t appreciate him I always maintained that he was central to all our best performances over the last 6 seasons. He must’ve been horrible to play against. Still think he gets into our best 11 today and am sad to see him go.

Almost every single Spurs player immediately said his name when asked who their favorite player was. His ball retention was unmatched. If he could have maybe upped his effectiveness in the final third he would have been absolutely world class.

But well done Moussa. Will always be remembered. If not goodbye then definitely thank you.

I miss his ability to not be bullied off the ball. In some games that is a vital ingredient.

Farewell Mousa.

Think it has been a bit of an own goal letting Mousa leave in the middle of the window. Especially with our current injury crisis. And the big 2nd leg against Chelsea on Thursday night where it would have been very useful to have Dembele available. Surely this transfer could have waited until 11pm on the 31st January!!

Is it just a coincidence the Eriksen's form has dipped since Dembele left? His ability to keep the ball and break between lines seems to have had a negative effect. Still... £11m in the bank's not bad, eh Daniel?
