Great how it has "Joe Lewis no longer involved in the club's running" at the start of article then later on it states Lewis was never there and everything basically left to Levy.

I imagine the trustees of the Lewis family Trust have voting rights.

They are the custodians of the interests of the majority shareholders, and retain the influence that goes with it.

I doubt they exercise it except in extreme circumstances. Which wouldn’t include buying a central defender.

But would include appointing a new Chairman if DL died, quit or was certified insane…

This is what we all feel is the case and the murmurings we've held. It's possible to argue that those behind the scenes are starting to make noise as they prepare to try and seize power from the emperor but until any of them go on the record, it's just noise.

All a bit of a mystery , he is on the payroll at Spurs but does he get paid by ENIC not sure anyone knows apart from himself and Lewis family .
Spurs are shown as 86.58% owned by ENIC International Limited of which Levy family has approx 30% share and Lewis family 70%, they are registered in the Bahamas, not sure how you have a look at their accounts.

To confuse matters even further, ENIC Group of which Levy and Collecott are shown as the current directors is now shown at Companies House as a dormant company with registered address Lilywhite House N17.
