Love it, but don't think we are treated fairly. All I hear is Liverpool are going to win the PL and only Liverpool can stop City this year. Kind of sick of it to be honest because so far all they have had is a poor poor West Ham, Palace, who deserved a point, and Brighton who deserved a point.

If you're sick of it after 2 games then maybe you should either chill out or knock it in the head and come back next year. The media bloody love us, we get more than our fair share of praise and to be honest this whole trend of point scoring and meaningless 'boo hoo everyone is against us' sentiment from grown men makes me want to stop following football and devote my time to something with less fragile fans like k-pop or Mr Tumble.

The problem is that media can’t hype a team for the full 10 months of a season so they have to fill pages with Liverpool while the hype has a chance of being real.

September will be all about the crisis @ Utd

October will be our month for ‘can the squad cope with Prem & CL’ along with new stadium stories and features

November will be resurgence of Arsenal can they challenge the top 4 (spoiler - no they can’t)

December will be back on Utd and who the new manager will sign in the Jan window.

And the circus continues...

In this day and age you just have to realise most ‘pundits’ are barely even experts on the game. They are agenda-led, biased and spout the same old cliches week after week.

I would make Gary Neville the clear exception to this.

I had the displeasure of listening to Robbie Savage on a drive home tonight. He stated 100 times about how Liverpool will win the league and Klopp is the Messiah.

He continually slagged off Poch for never winning anything. Said he improves players but is not a winner.

I just laughed at his utter bullshit and love the fact we have finished above the incredible Liverpool almost every year. Is it 8 times out of last 9?! Haha.

Oh and let’s applaud the genius Klopp who is spending a fortune to achieve this level of greatness us humble Spurs aspire to.

Either BBC really sucks or they are just completely biased against us or I’m a boring twat. It’s one of the three.

Is there really any need for name calling?

Sorry, you’re right - there is no need for name calling. But I’m so bored of this whole ‘everyone loves Liverpool and no-one likes me’ narrative. Just trying to highlight that

The thing is, both things are true. The media do love Liverpool and never stop going on about them. And Spurs fans are obsessed with the fact that they do. So it’s all we hear, all the time

I love being under the radar, they’ll start talking about us soon enough. No point in being tipped before we’re actually ready for it and right now - stadium, no new players etc - I think we should keep our heads down and just quietly prove people wrong

But Liverpool are going to win the League every fucking year!

That's what makes finishing above them (8 times in the last 10 seasons) all the sweeter.

Fuck Liverpool.

This may seem like the rambling of a guy who is simultaneously blow-drying piss from the legs of his jeans but he raises a wider point

If the state-owned media company show bias is that bad ? If they are completely neutral is that boring or is it a bit obvious that that they are ? For me, it's important that they ask questions and if they don't you have your answer

Have they ever asked Nigel Farage how he was saying that a Norway deal would be fine before the referendum but afterwards he was saying it would be a betrayal of the vote ? No. Why ? One can only speculate that it has something to do with all of the conservative doner affiliates added to the board in recent years.

The BBC has been compromised completely and should be disbanded. Whether they like Liverpool or not is the least of our problems
