It seems that managers like AvB and Poch have a problem dealing with experienced pros, So what if they speak their mind be a man and put it behind you.

At my work where I have to direct over 30 grown men about their workm we have the odd disagreement. However I always remain professional and get on with the job, I don't hold any grudge towards people who may have challenged me.

Its pathetic that these supposed managers who are paid handsomely to produce a functioning team out of players of all kinds of personalities, backgrounds and demeanours end up falling out with significant portions of a squad.

I mean AvB fell out with Ade over a fucking hat, a power play that went wrong, this man is a millionaire, seen team mates shot dead and a hero in his country, who the fuck is AvB in the scheme of this?

Whereas Harry Redknapp was unable to handle Pavleychenko, GDS, KPB, to name just three very talented players. All Managers have problems with certain players. SAF just sold them a.s.a.p.

and thats what we should of done with adebayor the minute he undermined AVB but Levy sided with the player rather than the manager. Thankfully Levy didn't make the same mistake again with Pochettino.

Hardly players of the ability of Adebayor.

Ferguson was at a club that could afford to do that, we can't.

There weren't mugs though. It was just their faces didn't fit with Harry so they got ignored. Every manager has his favorites. Look at Fat Sam at the spammers he takes Nolan with him everywhere. Harry likes to have Kranjcar with him where ever he is and so on.

Rubbish. It's twisted to suit an agenda, as well as ignoring the widely accepted, ITK supported summary of what went on between Adebayor and AVB. Please explain how one player is a 'significant portion' of a 25 man squad. Presumably Wenger, Mancini, Mourinho and Deschamps are 'pathetic... supposed managers' because Adebayor pissed them off as well? Add to that list his manager at Metz and the manager who replaced Deschamps at Monaco and you're left with a very short list of managers who haven't had a problem with Adebayor which does rather unsubtly suggest where the problem lies.

AVB didn't have any problems with 'experienced pros' such as William Gallas, Scott Parker, Clint Dempsey and Michael Dawson (in fact Dawson is a prime example of how Adebayor should have acted.) The only players Pochettino appears to have had problems with are the ones who were dropped for their (again, ITK verified) abysmal behaviour and attitude. Again, the common denominator in all of these instances is Adebayor. He cannot leave the club a day too soon.

No agenda. People is people.
You can either handle them or you can't.

Well you obviously didn't bother to read my post, so let's just leave it there. You can all cry into your Adebayor shrines when he finally fucks off. Not that anyone would notice except the payroll manager.

I read your post. I will not shed a tear when Ade leaves. My tears are shed now because he is our top scorer and not being selected.

If you think it was about a hat that explains your view. It was about the fact that Adebayor refused to do what he was asked to do - over something as pathetic as a hat. If he had won that one he would have undermined his Manager's authority. I presume you would let that happen in your 'team', or maybe you have been lucky enough to avoid characters who would act in such a confrontational way. In the scheme of things, AVB was a man out of his depth trying to control a bunch of pampered, spoiled brats. He failed miserably and the seeds were sown with the 'hat' incident. Maybe you'd be OK with your career going tits up over something so trivial. Adebayor has acted up wherever he has been. Good riddance when we finally get shot of him.

I actually cant believe that people still stick up for Ade. He is meant to be a professional footballer for one of maybe the top 20 clubs in the world. Its such a privileged position to be in. And he is quite frankly stealing wages. Money that normal working people put into the club by way of tickets, merchandise or even arguably Sky subscriptions. Lets not forget hes not down the mine grafting hes playing a game for a living.

I for one am totally sick of him, and him lingering around like a bad smell is seriously hampering us. You could argue that he signed a contract blah blah, and to a certain extent they would be right but to be honest I find it shameful what hes doing. He should move on this summer. Ive never booed an individual spurs player, but if hes here next season and miraculously finds himself on the pitch actually “earning” his money then sorry im going to boo the ****.

Apart from this bit I agree with you, but I hate hearing our own players being booed by our own fans when playing for our own THFC.

I assume you mean AVB (not me). Seems to me that Ade jumped at the chance to confront AVB in the presence of his peers. I don't see what choice AVB would have under the circumstances. I think he showed enough guts to not be bullied and Ade showed what a divisive character he can be. I also think AVB won that one. It was the tedious football that got him the bullet in the end.

I think Ade said a bit more than that to him to irritate him.

People seeming to overlook the mess AvB made at Chelsea, (more misplaced powerplays?)

History suggests that he can't handle experienced pros.

I'm seeing the same signs in Poch.
