I hate Wembley, I hate Wembley Park Station, I hate the looooooong walk up to the stadium, I hate having to queue in the pissing rain to get back to the station after the game, I hate the monstrous prices of poor quality food and drink inside the stadium, and I hate the lack of atmosphere for most games.

.
What, as opposed to the 20/30 min hike up from seven sisters?

I agree with the rest of it, but expect the queueing to persist, what with twice the number of fans being there now.

Yes, the long walk up from Seven Sisters is another pain in the arse but there is an alternative, you could jump on a bus. Once you come out of Wembley Park tube, you're on your own. I guess you have a choice there too, you could either use Shanks's Pony or else ask someone if they'd give you a piggy back up Wembley Way, but be prepared for some rather robust refusals. :)

It's not such a looooooong walk up the stadium exercise is good for you, do some! There will be queues at any stadium...
But yes atmosphere is poor and the price for tickets to see the likes of Burnley ect is shocking!

Anyone recommend me any sites where I can get tickets for the Wolves game at Wembley? Can’t believe we’re restricted to 51000 . Not surprised all tickets sold out within 24 hours of general sale. I only want one but don’t want to pay club Wembley prices which are the only tickets I can find available

I see no tickets available today. But often they hold some back and then release them late so keep looking every day. I just got some tickets for friends at the Bournemouth game but a few days back there were none showing as available

Hi. I'm from Slovenia and trying to get tickets for my first Spurs game.

I thought to pick Wolves at Wembley but I see they are sold out on general sale. Any chance of getting them soon, you think?

I have a chance to book good flight tickets Dec 27-30 but it doesn't look good now.

Please help with your experience.

Or, rather book Dec 26 against Bournemouth?

Also, is it safe to flight-in to Luton at 9AM, and still check-in to hotel and get to Wembley quick enough? Or is it better to go one day before to London?

ps: sorry for so many posts

Should be plenty of tickets available again now we've lost, have lots of injuries and the sky is about to fall in

Unfortunately that wont make Wembley Way any more pleasing or allow a song to linger in the atmosphere vacuum longer than 0.3 seconds

How many Koreans in the crowd in the next few weeks? May as well close the middle tier too.

Does anyone know what the capacity will be for the Dortmund match? I don't really want to buy my regular season ticket seat in the top tier if it's going to be half empty.

I've only been to the Barca game this season. I've been banking the rest of them. Mentally and pragmatically i was done with Wembley after that draining final game and the team's lap. It's a shit stadium in a shit area, and there's more tourists and away fans around me than yids.

And if I had to listen to the fat **** sat behind me, moaning on one more game I'd have gone mad.

Went to the United game - the third Wembley match I’ve been to this season.

I don’t think I’ll be going back this year and am not sure I’ll my renewing my season ticket wherever we play.

I think it’s part Wembley - part the fact that I’m not enjoying games like a used to. Part the fact that we seem to have blown up again and finally I think that the squad has now run its course - I expect to lose at least Toby and Eriksen to go in the summer and none will be replaced with similar quality.

I expect Poch to go in the summer too.

Maybe we will get in a few players from the Championship.

Did you go to matches in the 90s during the Gerry Francis, Christian Gross & George Graham eras?

Started going under graham.

The atmosphere in the games under the Alan Sugar's ownership were a lot worse. It was often poisonous and we were frequently getting thrashed by 5 goals from the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle.

I remeber. I guess I just found it all about more exciting then. Perhaps I’m just still in a funk after a defeat!

If has been said the the team has run its course then so be it .
I for one have faith in Poch and if has also been said Toby and Erriksen leave then you get £25 mill for Toby and you would guess in the region of £100 mill for erriksen plus the sales of Nkoudo ; Jansen;Wanyama ; maybe a couple of others and with top up from levy you have a reasonable kitty to supplement the team that has Kane;Dele;Son;Vertongen;Sanches and the rest .
I don't get this gloom over players that want to leave going and I say if you want out then F..k off and shut the door behind you and lets get players who want to play for the club.
As for getting fed up with a team yhat is fighting on all fronts I don't get the gloom.
We in all probability be out of the cup; the league cup ;and the european cup by the end of the month mainly because of the injury load.
But the fight to get into the top four is so important so that we start in the champions league in our new stadium.
As for getting players in from the championship say like Brooks or Maddison then I say yes please.

I think this is a similar thought process to a lot of supporters around the 40-60 age group

Thousands have given up with Wembley and will reassess their priorities and love of Tottenham/Football once we move into the new ground

For many of us this upheaval has meant being away from WHL for the longest time in our memory and it’s been a really weird time for us

If you’ve been going week in week out somewhere for 10/20/30/40 years + this type of enforced absence makes you question things

Add that to the fact that the game and everything around it is now a million miles away from where it was when we first started going and that only makes the thought process even more challenging

If this new ground is as amazing as we all hope and the atmosphere created by US is instantaneously fantastic then all us old/oldish/ancient gits might fall in love with our beautiful game all over again
