I sure hope Kane doesn't play in this friendly
Pretty sure he won’t play any mins against USA due to a combination of needing a rest & Rooney getting a run out

He’ll almost certainly play the full 90 against Croatia though

Just seen Delph is going to be Captain against USA

What sort of team are we putting out if Delph has got the armband :bag:

Has anyone on here been keeping an eye on CCV out on loan?

Will he eventually make the grade as a Spurs player?

Funnily enough watching the City documentary Delph comes across as a talker in the dressing room, seems like he's well respected.

With Santos and Foyth being the same age group and playing so amazingly well, best CCV can do is being a squad player. I think he'll eventually move on, on a long term basis.

Santos? As in Giovanni dos santos? He left us ages ago, and if memory serves defending was not his forte

Our players should be declared 'injured' rather than play in a meaningless friendly. It's that important Rooney's been called up.
Give our boys a rest and prep for next far superior PL match! Not watching footy at all this w/e. Grand Slam Darts for me !!

Given that that's never going to happen, I'm going to watch our players anyway. Why is Rooney important? Is not like many of SC don't give a toss about England anyway...

Thanks for the feedback, CCV appears physically stronger than Foyth, and the EPL can be rough on defenders.

Foyth, seems a tad on slight side, the prem players will be queing up to try and out muscle him. He looks very good with the ball at his feet though, and clearly he has an eye for goals.

We'll wait to see how it all pans out.
