Exactly....
Barcelona I could understand more so.
If he doesn't hit the ground running (aka carries on his current form) the fans are barbaric in their "support".

Yeah but that mentality is just for cowards isn't it?

You don't turn down an opportunity to play for Real Madrid regardless of the fact their fans are demanding, if you're a top professional footballer you'll be backing yourself to prove them wrong if anything.

To balance things out a bit CE wasn't playing all that great for the Danish team either in 2019.

Seemed to have no great spark. Just an occasionally flourish.

Yes TCO , I'm coming round to the idea that CE having his head turned and not fully playing for us in 2019 isn't a goer . He genuinely has lost form . His season stats are reasonable tho . Tricky to call this .

But if he goes to RM for a70-80 mill wad , I agree with many on here that he won't know what's hit him after 6 years with adoring Spurs fans ....suddenly its RM fans . Horrible to Moddy initially, CE will need to be tough mentally and will need to shake off his lost form issues... PRONTO.
