Great to hear that all the players seem together on this project and appear to be believing it.

Pochettino is one in a million. I would not swap him for Messi, Neymar or Ronaldo.

Its been a simple and unspectacular process:

In his interviews he is boringly predictable - he always talks about 'trying to win' and 'improving' He never foul-mouths anyone or complains. However, because he never complains....he never gives the team licence to complain either. They have to focus on 'trying to win' and 'improving'. Net result no back biting and forward looking team. In Eriksen's interview you can sense the excitement and belief. There is just no negativity.

The only negativity has been Danny Rose....and he was just in an injury induced bad place: it now looks as if that situation is settling nicely and he will fall under Pochettino's spell.

So although it has been 'simple and unspectacular' its not easy to emulate because it is bound within the core of an individual. The results, however, are spectacular.

Its nice in this world to see decency and positivity win out. Eat your heart out Mourinio - who is a manipulator. Eat your heart out Wenger (probably a decent guy) but a born complainer. Eat your heart out Guardiola who would shaft you in a heartbeat.

Im convinced we will look back on this era and see that Poch was a diamond - the hardest (he is no soft touch) and the brightest stone.

Its a masterclass in management
