Lyon is out on away goal.... Feyenoord, some how found a goal in injury time. Hull is in trouble. Twente and Sociedad are out too.

Locomotiv Moscow out also, lost 1-4 at home to a Cypriot side

Sociedad thumped by Krasnodar, that's a bit of a shocker. And as for Lyon dumped out on away goals to a Romanian side, that's just pathetic.

Loads of established teams fallen at this hurdle, clearly not taking it seriously. Once again CL dropouts will probably be our biggest threat.

Possible teams we can face

Seeding pot 2: Steaua Bucuresti, Standard Liege, PAOK, Celtic, Besiktas, Wolfsburg, Club Brugge, Dnipro, Trabzonspor, Panathinaikos, Sparta Prague and Borussia Monchengladbach

Seeding Pot 3: Everton(we cant play them), Young Boys, Dinamo Zagreb, Zurich, Legia Warsaw, Estoril, Partizan, Torino, Feyenoord and Guingamp

Seeding Pot 3 or 4: Dynamo Moscow

Seeding Pot 4:Krasnodar, Rijeka, Lokeren, Asteras Tripoli, Slovan Limassol, Qarabag, HJK, Dinamo Minsk and Aab

I prefer Celtic, Guingamp and Lokeren. We could be back before midnight

Torino, Estoril & Brugge please.

Edit - Okay Lokeren as well.

Double Edit - Cannot have two Belgians so I guess; Celtic, Estoril, Lokeren for third time lucky.

Is this the part where we get fucked off to Russia, Serbia and Belarus

What with luxury first class travel and service I'm not sure this is still something to worry about? From the stuff the players put on twitter it seems they spend half the time sleeping and the other half playing FIFA and then doing pranks on the sleeping people. How tiring can it really be, being flown around Europe and treated like a king? This is all they have to do for the whole trip ---> :headphone:

So I've heard, I also heard that air travel increases your risk of picking up the sniffles but I've never had any problems and it would be difficult to describe me as an athlete.

I would take Celtic, Torino or guingamp, and lokeren

So not much difference if any from your picks.

Pot 4 has two rather difficult teams in Dynamo Moscow and Krasnodar. Pot 3 seems decent enough given we can't draw Everton. Torino probably team to avoid, we should beat them comfortably, but rather take some easier team. On pot 2 avoid Germans and Besiktas.

Pot 3 is looking superb for an away day. Just need to avoid Partizan, Legia and to a lesser extent Dinamo Zagreb, and all the remaining teams would make for a great trip!

Something like Club Brugge, Zürich and Aalborg would be ideal. Or it might be nice to get Young Boys again.

Which is further from London - Azerbaijan or Belarus? It's just that I'm trying to figure out which team we're getting from pot four.:D

Disregarding that, we're the best team in the group stages, so we needn't fear anyone. The only problems we'll have is the travel distance. Now if only there weren't the Champions League drop-outs...

Actually I'm going to do some expert (read: 5 second) analysis on the potential drop-outs:

Group A: Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Olympiacos, Malmo
I wouldn't like to see AM or Juve, but we're a step above the Greeks and Malmo.

Group B: Real Madrid, Basel, Liverpool, Ludogorets
Would love to face Madrid or Pool, but I think they'll cruise through, and we've improved a lot since we last faced Basel. If we get Ludogorets we're dreaming!

Group C: Benfica, Zenit, Bayer Leverkusen, Monaco
All the teams here could finish third, all would give us problems. Damn.

Group D: Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Galatasaray, Anderlecht
Arsenal are going to qualify, just because they're them. Dortmund should go through, but if they third, then we're done in EL terms imo. Then again, if they finish third, that will probably mean that Arsenal have beaten them, and if them, why not us? We're better than Gala and Anderlecht.

Group E: Bayern Munich, Manchester City, CSKA Moscow, Roma
This is the same as group C. All dangerous teams.

Group F: Barcelona, PSG, Ajax, Apoel
I think we should beat Ajax. This group is almost set in stone. PSG would cause problems, however.

Group G: Chelsea, Schalke, Sporting Lisbon, Maribor
Another group almost set in stone. We are stronger than the non-English teams here.

Group H: Porto, Shakhtar Donetsk, Athletic Bilbao, Bate Borisov
I wouldn't like to face any of the three teams here likely to finish third. But I reckon we could take 'em.

Conclusion: Unless a big team fails (and they will), then we should still be the best team in the EL.
