Expectation

Tonight as I don’t have Setanta I went down to the pub to watch the game. 10 min before ko saw the team. I liked the fact Bent pace was going to be used away from home and Bale was playing even thro he played two games for Wales last week. Half time I am extremely pissed off 1-0 down and after seeing a shocking display, I send a text to my mate saying “I hate watching Tottenham and I am going to give up” considering I am a season ticket holder and have been for over 15 years and go to at least 10 away games a year, it’s a strong statement.. :evil::evil::evil:

Full time I have clam down after a slightly better performance but I still feel the same!! I then ask myself why I am feeling like this I am not normally negative about us because I have seen us play worse then tonight. Losing to Cheslea at home 1-5 and losing to Man city in cup after being up 3-0 rings a bell.


The simple answer is EXPECTATION!!! Jol and co have brought us relative success over the last three years and now we expect more.

Now that i have got that of my chest i am off to sleep and hopefully in the morning I will feel better and not have to sell my season ticket.

I feel the same buddy the whole atmosphere/ethos/everything about the club has changed.....

Last season i went to the Lane (as a member) as regularly as i possibly could.....this year i seem to find excuses not to.....i hate it, i really do!

Should Jol go? I dunno........i love him but he does seem fucking clueless at times!

What are the chances of Bent's transfer fee being mis quoted in the press and it actually being £1.6m??? Minimal.....

What are the chances of Bale not being out for weeks? Minimal.....

Where have my Spurs gone? I really don't know......
