The stadium delays that were announced last week, added to the achievement of becoming the first team not to make a single summer signing since the transfer window's 2003 inception, has threatened to extinguish the seemingly perpetual feel-good factor in N17, in spite of the fact that Spurs are still searching for their first trophy in more than a decade.

I still don't believe the only thing holding us up Is the mysterious fault.
There's no way would they have been able to host the first of the two safety events this coming Monday. They're making progress, which is good, but it's not in a fit state to have members of the public come and go.

Will people please stop telling me I’m angry. It makes me really... errr...

Anyway, I’m fine. It’s a blip. At the end of the blip, kick-ass Stadium. Boom.

My wife does that. She says something antagonistic and, no matter how reserved I am when I respond "stop shouting at me"
I didn.... "you're so angry, you need to get help"
I ha.... "stop it, you'll upset the baby"

Is that how you feel?

Do the telegraph know something we don’t; they’ve stated the capacity is six hundred and twenty thousand, perhaps that’s the reason for the delay as we’re waiting for more seats to turn up

Can we have some form of communication informing us individually when we need to be angry and what it is we are actually angry about so I can keep up with all the other Spurs supporters. I was fine with it all and had no idea I was supposed to be angry. Sorry guys.

Not only have you let us down, you've let yourself down.

Having seen the areas outstide the stadium I was getting the impression that they were going to block off large sections of that and have limited pedestrian access around the stadium for the test events. Probably even for the originally scheduled league games too. I would imagine some of those cranes are going to be required for a while so those areas need to be blocked off.

Just a guess though.

I think it'll be a mess for a while, but there must be a minimum amount of access and egress to get a certificate. It barely looks fit for 6k right now let alone 62k

I myself am not angry with Levy or the club but I am frustrated at the situation as it is so near you so far away from being opened.
I will leave all the digging out to opposing club fans ;sky; talk shite and bookmakers I don't think they need us fans having a pop when all there intentions were for the good but over ambitious.
All I am sure of is this new place is going to be fantastic and I will put up with the wait and stay positive I suspect this makes me a happy clapper but at least when I wake up in the morning I feel good and optimistic

What a pile of shit article. They speak to three season ticket holders and that represents all fans. They can fuck right off. I wasn't angry but I am now. Bloody journalists.

Shit article as they have nothing else to report and are late in reporting this compared to other press articles. Shit happens on all major projects and I have been on few. It’s a blip and will get sorted. I am looking forward to the new stadium but expect another shit article from the press when it opens.

Yep we know how click bait works, we're just gonna have to put up with these articles until the thing is complete.
