Bruno Fernandes has reportedly agreed personal terms with Tottenham as they rival Manchester United for his signature.

The Portuguese midfielder and his agent are believed to have reached an agreement with the North London club, according to journalist Goncalo Lopes.

I'm not being nasty mate but are we really going to pay 60/70m twice in a window of course not, hence why the club have spent the entire summer trying to get betis to lower their valuation which isn't happening either.
