Well, all 3 oppostition candidates have released their manifestos:

Prince Ali: http://worldsgame.com/wp-content/up...-Ali-Al-Hussein-FIFA-Presidency-Manifesto.pdf

Van Praag: https://thesoccerswell.files.wordpr...ag-footballforeveryone-programmeinenglish.pdf

Figo: couldnt find a link to view it in browser. Here's the link to DL it: http://forfootball.org/#manifesto

Of course, Blatter probably wont release one.

So what say you guys? Who gets your hypothetical vote?

I havent read them all through yet, but read alittle of Prince Ali's. Liked what he had to say, to be honest. Need to read it more later though.

IMO, 2 need to back out and endorse the one who stays in for their to be a snowballs chance to oust Blatter, though.

Fook em all, no different than greasy politicians... Prince Ali for one has decided that the 2026 TV rights is the issue to pursue.... How FIFA is getting away with what is going on in Qatar is beyond me...there should be people jailed for the slave system they are running there, and we do nothing but support it by the lack of debate that is present on the subject. Its disgusting

I like what van praag had to say on it all. Limiting himself to a 4 year stint only.

Although attempting to put practices in place for 2026 between 2016-2020 feels like the next person can come in and scrap all the decisions.

10 Concafaf members have given their backing to Blatter, with the Dominican Republic FA president comparing Blatter to Jesus, Churchill, Mandela, Moses and Martin Luther King.

I was just about to post about this :(

Each of Fifa's 209 member associations have a vote in the election and Van Praag, who is president of the Dutch football federation, says he will now support Prince Ali.

The English Football Association also intend to support Prince Ali, while the Scottish FA had previously said they would back Van Praag.

Blatter has been likened to Jesus Christ, Nelson Mandela and Winston Churchill....

Interesting comments by Figo this week,

""I have seen with my own eyes federation presidents who, after one day comparing Fifa leaders to the devil, then go on stage and compare those same people with Jesus Christ. Nobody told me about this. I saw it with my own eyes."

The whole thing is so corrupt it's ridiculous. How can people vote for Blatter when he hasn't even told them what his plans are.

Expect Blatter will still get away with how he has run FIFA, indicate it was a few bad eggs rather than endemic corruption.

Well with MULTIPLE of his "employees", all close to him, getting arrested, it's going to be very hard. By the way, this was also probably just the beginning of the arrests. More will likely follow in Zurich, the US and South America.

The arrests included someone whom many believe to be Blatter's handpicked successor, Jeffery Webb.

US really earning its spurs as world's policeman today after utter failure by any other authority to get FIFA's rampant corruption in check.

Charging #FIFA officials on minor tournaments, not #Qatar2022 is like arresting Al Capone on tax charges. #getyourman
