I'll have to take your word for that as I haven't seen you play since Steve Carr was claiming he would win things at Newcastle. I am sure we will find out in November.
Put it this way. If we didn’t know how to clobber we wouldn't be playing you in November.

Neither team had the strongest group but Poland are stronger than Serbia and we mullered them in Copenhagen. That's why I am optimistic.

We won't muller anyone really. But we can get under anyone's skin. That's why I'm... just gonna wait until November without making any predictions.

We've got this far by clobbering the opposition though. The squad lacks talent and pace and tends to rely on grinding out results through hard work, physicality and direct play. You'll definitely have more of the ball, but we're more than capable of frustrating you for most of the match and then scoring on a rare attack - that'll be the plan anyway.

A newspaper in Honduras has published the hotel address and training schedule of the Australian team :D Wonder if the fans will go along and cause havoc or stay outside the hotel honking their horns.

Everyone was worried over the weekend when Tim Cahill went down with an ankle injury. He'll probably play though.

Watching Northern Ireland 0 Switzerland 0 at the moment on US ESPN. Taylor Twellman has to be one of the worst commentators going.

NI will consider it a good result should they get a scoreless draw tonight. Also, looks like Croatia will turn over Greece comfortably. Up 3-1 at the moment.

Incredibly harsh pen given there. Will be a huge ask for NI now.

Who’s the pundit co commentator ? Is it Gerry Armstrong?

Yeah. He's fabulously one-eyed.

Shocker of a pen decision mind you. What else was Evans supposed to do. He even wraps his arm behind his body.

Hate seeing decisions like that in big games. Imagine if that was against Sanchez in a Champs League semi.

That’s a terrible penalty decision but Switzerland deserve to be winning.

Don't think football should be based on what you deserve, questionable red card for Switzerland and no way on earth was that a pen. His arms were tight against his body. Shocking refereeing.

Actually his hand and lower arm were not tight against his body, his hand was out in front of him and had it hit his hand directly it would have been a nailed on penalty especially as he turned his arm towards the ball, it didn't just hit him because he couldn't avoid it.
That was probably behind the referee's thinking, it did hit his upper arm after all, so the only argument is whether it was intentional, I think probably not.
I do think we could make an argument for a penalty had it gone the other way though.
