2017/18 Fixtures already causing problems.

Even before the TV companies rearrange the jigsaw pieces that comprise the Premier League fixture list to make a different picture, fans are voicing concern at how the fixtures are drawn up.

Sadly the game we love has become too commercialised and driven by greed. While the clubs at the top are awash with money as are their player, the forgotten fan has to carry the brunt of keeping them in their lavish lifestyle. TV companies are demanding more games to televise to rake in even more cash, agents are driving the players on their books to grab more of the money splashing around and the travelling fan becomes poorer and more harassed trying to continue following the club they love to accommodate them.

Sadly, the rich and powerful have always ruled the world and always will. I wish there was a way to stop them, but I can't see it happening. The outcome of this fixture chaos will not be addressed, the TV companies and the players will get richer and the long suffering fans will be less likely to se live matches than previous seasons.

Have to say with the monies there are in the game at the moment, it would not hurt the Clubs to pay for the 'away' tickets that fans purchase.
Even down to the players putting their hands in their pockets, the amounts players are paid ( i am not knocking them, just an example) in a year (or a month for some) is more than the average fan will see in a lifetime.
The clubs/players want the fans, so pay for their tickets and supply free transport for them.
I realise the fans contribute to the overall finances of clubs but it is a minuscule amount compared to sponsorship and TV monies.
The game has moved away from the fan and towards the TV/Club/Sponsors in recent years, let them pay for it.
Would also like to see a TV season pass for a team, ie, Spurs games only. This would be a money spinner and the FA's reluctance to screen games at 1500 Saturday is pretty much dead now, Saturday games at 1500 are a rarity not a norm now ..

So simple and yet so genius. And it wouldn't even be that hard to do. Kudos my man.
Never gonna happen though. The advertising money wouldn't be the same.
