What horrible times they were. Looking back now at the squads we had then, I realise how naive I was in thinking that we could win things!

Rebrov was a player who relied on being in a good team to work his magic. Sadly, we didn't have one, and his career was ruined for it.

On another note, how good could the likes of Iversen and Anderton have become if they weren't perpetually injured? I seriously believe they could both have become top-drawer...

Mind, don't miss Ginger Pele and Sherwood much...

Iversen would definatley have become a top top striker were it not for the "Anderton" syndrome.

Iversen has been superb for Rosenborg for the last two seasons. But he's 31 now I think, so no real chance we'll see him shine in a better league, or ever see how good he could have become had he not been Anderton's best mate...

And he was out most nights propping up a bar somewhere. Probably why he was always injured.... drunken falls!
