I find it more and more difficult to find good pubs in London to watch football- i.e. big screens, commentary. Does anyone know any good ones in Bermondsey/Tooley Street area for the game on Saturday? Draft House and Dean Swift are really good pubs, food and beer-wise, but not sure if that good for live football.

Thanks in advance.

George Best was legendary. Gazza, Greavsie. Seems like a lot of top players turned to drink, maybe to handle the pressure of it all or it was part of the character that made them a winner?

Oh wait... you mean pubs?

I’m watching it at home with two, hopefully quiet, kids :(

I so want to give that every single rating possible. All would be apt.

It's huge and in a prime location of London. I'm not surprised!

Not sure Tottenham counts as a prime location just yet but with inevitable gentrification on the way once the NDP is finished I'm sure it will be in 10-15 years time.

Nah I think it does for the pure fact the club is next door. Big money earner right there.

If you're in South London, the Regent in Balham is an excellent dedicated footy pub, with no affiliation.

Yucatan in Stokey is pretty much sport dedicated - £10 entry but you get two pints back.
