It is pretty clear that having lost out on one Dutchman, Louis Van Gaal after he was tipped off to wait for Manchester United, Tottenham have set their sights on another in Frank de Boer.

Great title and a nonsense story I'm afraid.

It's based solely on the conjecture of a BLOGGER who seems to think that football is in the dark ages when it comes to telecommunications

Don't indulge yourself in it then and just relax until the outcome.
difficult when its the most important thing to happen to Spurs in a long time. It couldnt be more important. Its not like this is just replacing a left back. I keep changing my mind who i want. AAAHHHHHH!

God forbid someone from Spurs jumps on a plane and flies out to Jakarta to hold discussions with him there.

The writer is correct. There are NO phones in Indonesia. None. Not a single one. Police go around checking people for phones and if they find one, they smash it on the floor in front of them and give the evil-doer a clip round the ear.

Perfectly feasible mate, as long as FDB understands that Levy would expect him to reimburse the cost of the tickets to get out there, and the accommodation whilst holding talks.

Simples.

EasyJet to turkey.
Air Arabia from Turkey to islamabad.
Then air asia from islamabad to KL.
Then marpati from KL to Jakarta.

Then... For less than £2 he can use the damri airport bus to get to the hotel. And if he wants a cheap hotel I can advise one for £7 per night.
