Is he related to the other de jongs that came through Ajax youth system?

P.s. wheeler dealer the Rose google comments are so so stale now mate...
Jong (Dutch for 'young') or De Jong are fairly common names over there, so there's no guarantee that they're related.

Watched him in this reel and think he's probably better than Barkley was at the age of 20. Knows when to lay it off and when to drive. Can hold people off. What's not to like?

He's got a hint of Scotty 'pirouette' Parker about him...But also a large dollop of Eriksen in his dribbling.

First time looking at him and he does look quite the prospect. All comes down to how well he can cope with the defensive side of the game if he is to be Dembele's successor, seeing as that is what seems to be stopping Onomah from getting a chance there...

Spot on - Onomah definitely has potential. Feels like he should get a crack at CM really

I wouldn't say its his defensive ability more his concentration that lets Onomah down. As for this kid he looks quite the prospect, at 20yo, we haven't really been let down by Ajax.

I think Younes at Ajax is a good player, a bit like Bernardo Silva. Came through the German leagues so tactically and technically he should be good and wouldn’t mind seeing him at Spurs
