Well according to this link he's under contract until June 2016. So what difference does signing a new contract make. We already know that if DL doesn't want him to go he won't go, simples!

A Chelsea mate of mine genuinely thinks that Hazard is better than Bale. I was astonished, can Chelsea fans really be so one-sided and so blinded by stuff e.g. Benetiz actually doing a decent job, thinking Hazard better than Bale, thinking that Luiz is world class and shouldve been in PFA Team of the Year. 've looked him up again today and found him on the Spain site for Linked-In, where he classes himself as a 'FIFA Agent Entrepreneur', again he is not. Indeed nobody is a FIFA agent, FIFA haven't licensed agents for more than a decade. Agents are licensed by their own association and listed on the FIFA website. Gallardo isn't an unusual surname and there is someone with that surname listed in Barcelona but with the first name Borja, and the offices listed are a block of flats.
