Does anyone know what has happened to his contract with BT now that he's moved? Surely he won't be able to fulfil it now that he's in Spain.

Bale: Hey buddy, I've got your thumb!

Ronaldo: .....Yeah..., give it back please.

that video of them training is great. Poor move Gareth.

I'd say that Ronaldo showed his true feelings regarding this transfer...he obviously isn't liking Bale taking his ' status' away from him.........If he continues to behave like that...I reckon one of them will have to leave.........question is.....who will Perez / Ancelotti pick.........

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez says the club did not pay over the odds for Gareth Bale despite the Welshman costing a world-record fee. The 24-year-old moved to Real from Tottenham earlier this month for a world-record fee of £85m.

Perez told Cadena SER radio: "Bale has come cheaply. Signing the best players out there is Madrid's philosophy and Bale was the best available player on the market this summer. We had been following him for two years."

Bale has become even more corporate on his social media platforms since joining RM, he's becoming the ultimate cash cow.

In an article I read on BTYahoo Sport he said the above and this:

“Tottenham did not want to sell and we respected that. Then, when we found out that Manchester United would be making an offer, we made our own," he added.

Pants on fire! We called Real Madrid and Perez a lot of things this summer...i don't recall respectful being one of them

Anyway...old news and all that

Wish this crew would get their office of propaganda sorted:
First it was slime-ball Perez saying Bale was very expensive and heed-butt Zidane saying they were willing to pay absolutely any price.
Now it slime-ball Perez saying they underpaid for him, and heed-butt Zidane saying they have grossly overpaid.

Just hope Dan Levy is getting a copy of this printed off for the next time this shower of fecks decide they want one of our players. Imagine - telling Dan Levy he has undercharged :cautious: If folk think we pulled their pants down over Bale, just wait till slime-ball walks into Levy's office and is confronted by a vision of Our Dan holding a copy of this article up to public gaze...hi karumba :eek::eek:

Perez has to put that positive spin on it, he has just made his club spend £86m on a player. To be fair, he is right when he says Bale was the best available player, if by available he means buyable for £86m. Who is better than him? Iniesta, Messi, Aguero maybe, that's about it and neither could be bought for that amount of money.

The fact is when they bought Ronaldo he was guaranteed to be a success because of his outright arrogance and ego. Bale, for all his talent, doesn't really possess that, it will be down to his mental strength and Perez knows his bollocks are on the line as much as Bale's since he sold Ozil to help fund it.

In fairness to Perez, virtually his opening gambit was: "We want Bale because we will make a fahooking huge amount of moolah from him!"
