I don't think anyone really thinks this is a likely transfer. It's more of a "wouldn't it be great" thing. There are bound to be disappointed people here on Thursday night, but that is more likely going to be down to Levy not giving Poch his targets, than us not signing Bale.

Good player that he once was for us but G.Roberts is talking out of his arse regarding Bale. That tweet of his is cringeworthy. Bale has gone and not returning anytime soon due to our reluctance to pay a huge fee and strict wage structure. It does not take rocket science to work that one out. tbh if you have been following him on twitter for a while you will know he's become a club stooge now. Where once he used to question the club/owners he now toes the party line. Some of his tweets are, as I stated before, cringeworthy. Much preferred it when he worked less for the club hence spoke his mind as opposed to now...
