I was surprised at how open he was about potentially wanting to move away I have to be honest. Real may just try everything to keep him but I don't know if he'll want to risk being replaced quite quickly if his form drops in that team.

I just pray he doesn't end up at United.

Now that's an 'I want out' interview if I've ever heard one. And to me, the best part of that interview, was listening to him talk about what they say in the dressing room, how they all know how good they are and they're solely focused on winning things. I still think that Spurs lack that kind of mentality. Bringing in someone with that mental strength, with that will to win and who's done that at one of the biggest clubs and on the biggest stage is worth it alone. The fact that he's already a club legend, knows the league, some of the other players etc is an absolute bonus. Sure;y Poch would look at him, and back himself to get the best out of a world-class winner.

He's just trying to get a better deal/promises of more game time. We know he will not come back.

If Poch rejects the chance to bring someone like him into this team it is inexcusable.

I think Bale sent a message to the RM board..... play me every week or I'm gone. Who will go first..... Zidane or Bale?

I think ITK is saying it is Poch that doesn’t want him .

Don’t get your hopes up lads, @Hercules said Poch isn’t keen earlier.
In 2015, the man himself said he would welcome Bale back to white hart lane - Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino says the club "are open to receive" Gareth Bale back at White Hart Lane if he is "not comfortable" at Real Madrid. Doesn't sound like someone who isn't keen imo. The stumbling block is what would it take to get him here. We still have first dibs on him don't we?

Bale's interview is dropping hints!

Says he wants to be playing regularly. Firing shots at Zidane!

Yeah, expressing disappointment at not starting, felt he had deserved to after the last few weeks performances. I was actually quite shocked to hear him speaking so openly, as he's usually humble in his approach to interviews.
