That said you never know. Would have been so easy for him to bat the question away.
This is a good point.

He'd just won the CL for Real, with possibly the best goal ever scored the finals, so he must have surely been ecstatic. Could so easily have gone on saying how happy he was etc etc, but he made repeated, pointed comments about how unhappy he was. Right after winning the game.

I'll email very surprised if he's at Real next season. Zidane clearly doesn't see him as the future, and his wonder goal tonight (the other was down to Karius) won't change that.

The thing is he can leave now having nothing left to prove. In Madrid he will always be remembered for that final and he can't really do much more than that. Had he not been such a major part of it he would have more motivation to stay.

I don't think he will get that reassurance though. They want players like Asensio and Isco to shape madrid in the future. I think Bale is out. I jut really hope he comes here or PSG or something. I will always have a great love for Gareth wherever he goes, but I'd hate to see him in another teams shirt.

Come win us the league Gareth.

There's been talk of Isco being allowed to go in the last few days (worryingly to City). Perez is a big fan of Bale too. Not ruling him out on leaving but assuming trix's info was from his agents I'll be taking that as his priority is staying.

Happy to dream though!

Well, whatever...We are not getting Bale. Not after today.
Only thing that will help Spurs (or Levy) is another CL win for Modric & Bale means another 5m or so bonus payment from Madrid.

Not sure how to take this. He openly replied to a question about Bayern recently and certainly didn't rule them out. Maybe an indication there have been talks, or maybe we just aren't a genuine option...

Can't see him coming back ,that said he clearly will never get out of Ronaldo's Shadow. Both Bale and Ronaldo have out there futures in doubt tonight, yet Real Madrid players and Zidane are only begging for Ronaldo to stay.

Bale. What a player.
And some not sure he’d be good enough for us!
Someone hack his mobile and put the new stadium as his wallpaper

Interesting. Zidane said Ronaldo must stay (after hearing ronaldo's post match comments), but when told about bales comments, he said "Everyone has their own interests, their own future to think about."

Also, going by recent ITK, the language barrier has been a constant issue fore Bale since his move, he's become a loner. If true, I doubt he'd want to go another county with a different language barrier & start all over again?

The boy KNOWS he can talk fluent Spurs ;)

The language of perpetual disappointment. Once mastered, never forgotten. ;)

If he's leaving he's coming back to England. It's only Utd ahead of us. City won't want him and I really can't see him going to Chelsea in Europa. The only hope we have is if Utd didn't want him which forced Bale to accept lower wage. Can't see any reason why they wouldn't want him though.

There's a potential painful summer approaching of us selling Toby to Utd, them refusing to sell us Martial and then signing Bale.
