So far we've all been perfectly well behaved and realistically good humoured about it all in the main. Most of any aggro that has arisen has come from the NOBs.

Personally I can't see him not coming back to England this summer, I think it'll be to Utd still though.

Because he threatens to leave every year and every year gets a miraculous new contract which puts him on par or more than whomever the highest earner in the world is and Messi just got a new record contract last year.

Think, as you say, Lopetegui is a big fan of Isco so no doubt he will be getting a lot of game time. Will be worth seeing how he lines up. But really, as he's at the world cup he probably won't be thinking about RM until they are knocked out (or win) so this is likely to go on all summer.

Don't we have first dibs though? United can't go over our heads and sign him unless we confirm we don't want him. And Bale has said recently that Spurs are the only team he'd want to join leaving RM. And if we're to believe recent info, he'd be willing to earn what HK's on to make it happen. I believe if we are serious about re-signing him and if he is to leave Madrid, we'll get him. Lots of ifs.
